Job summary

Foxen, a Columbus-based proptech company advancing financial wellness for multifamily properties, seeks a Product Manager to own partner integrations. You’ll shape the integration roadmap, manage PMS vendor relationships, and drive strategic partnerships from evaluation through launch.

You’ll work with engineering to translate partner needs into requirements, ensure reliable, automated connections, and measure success through key metrics like time to integrate and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years owning integrations.
• Experience working with PMS or proptech, fintech, or related spaces.
• Technical fluency and ability to discuss APIs with partner engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Foxen's integration platform.
• Lead partnerships from evaluation through launch.
• Deepen integrations to automate exchanges across platforms.
• Translate needs into clear requirements with engineering.
• Define metrics and drive continuous improvement.
