Job summary

Fundraise Up is hiring a Product Manager to own the Events & Commerce area within In-Person Giving. This hands-on software role covers discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.

You will turn a large category into a focused product direction grounded in customer workflows, live usage, and commercial evidence. You will align with the broader In-Person Giving team to reuse foundations and partner with Peer-to-Peer where ticketing and event capabilities should be shared rather than

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design.
• Clear written communication in English (fluent).

Responsibilities

• Own the product from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records.
• Lead discovery with nonprofit fundraising teams and internal GTM partners.
• Shape problems like ticketing, event commerce, and integrations for a cohesive platform.
