Job summary

Notified, an affiliate of Equiniti Group, leads the Ownership Intelligence product line in a growing B2B SaaS environment. The role drives the product roadmap and ensures delivery of features for enterprise clients across investor relations and public relations teams.

The successful candidate will refine the backlog, write clear user stories, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to release high-impact features while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience translating customer needs into requirements for enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes and ceremonies.
• Collaborate with developers and experts to set technical vision and balance usability with performance.
• Understand development and deployment of enterprise business software.

Responsibilities

• Refine backlog and prioritize stories.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Clarify requirements for developers.
• Review sprint progress and remove blockers.
• Test and validate completed features.
• Coordinate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Product stakeholders, Product Marketing and client-facing teams for delivery and go-to-market.
