Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for a global leader in temperature-controlled packaging and shipping solutions. The role owns development, launch, and growth of parcel products, partnering with commercial, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

You will interact with executive leadership and drive a key growth initiative, delivering market-ready parcel solutions and cross-functional programs that influence customer adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong experience managing physical products (not software-only).
• New product development and product launch experience.
• Exposure to operations, supply chain, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

This newly created, high-visibility role will own the development, launch, and growth of parcel products while partnering closely with commercial, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
