• Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, biology, cognitive science or a related field, plus 1 year of experience.
• Identify and prioritize issues critical to feature delivery in an online research platform.
• Research, collect, and analyze information to inform product options.
• Strong organization and project management to handle concurrent studies and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey information clearly.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across study teams, developers and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize features and workflows within multiple areas of an online research platform.
• Translate researcher and study team needs into product requirements and enhancements.
• Lead technical discussions with advisory groups, study teams and collaborators.
• Coordinate across Neuroscape and UCSF/internal/external partners for delivery and operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform functionality based on feedback.
• Manage feature delivery across scoping, development, QA, deployment and iteration.
• Explain platform capabilities to drive adoption and awareness.
• Develop progress reports with milestones, risks, and readiness metrics.
• Collaborate across academic and industry teams to achieve deliverables.
• Conduct training and provide technical consultation for users.
