Job summary

Ondo Finance seeks a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience, to own the customer-facing experience across the Ondo Finance App. You will unify product experiences across Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more, driving retention, usability, and long-term value.

You’ll ship high-quality, intuitive workflows, translating complex financial and on-chain concepts into simple experiences while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing products from concept to launch.
• Experience shipping high-quality consumer or prosumer products with intuitive UX.
• Experience with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products.
• Working understanding of capital markets: trading, orders, settlement, liquidity.
• Genuine familiarity with crypto and DeFi products; knowledge of onchain primitives.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and drive prioritization with data.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and write clear PRDs for implementation across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Prioritize opportunities and ship meaningful product improvements with high ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience across platforms.
• Define and monitor success metrics, enabling data-driven decisions and roadmap prioritization.
