Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Remote California to lead onboarding and first-value experiences in patient-facing apps.

You will own discovery, outcome prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, medical affairs, regulatory, and research to reduce early friction and accelerate value. You will define what makes a new user’s first CGM experience meaningful, gather evidence from analytics and user research, and shape onboarding and education to guide

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a closely related role, ideally in healthcare, digital health, consumer software, mobile applications, or regulated technology.
• Experience with activation, onboarding, onboarding funnels, or first-value experiences.
• Ability to understand customer motivations and translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
• Experience simplifying complex information into clear, confidence-building user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, medical affairs, regulatory, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and first-value product outcomes and prioritization for the domain.
• Lead outcome-based discovery to identify opportunities improving setup completion and first-session success.
• Define what constitutes first meaningful value and collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize it.
• Build evidence from user research, analytics, and experiments to guide decisions.
• Shape onboarding and education experiences that convey CGM concepts clearly without adding burden.
• Increase user motivation and confidence by clarifying CGM insights and next steps.
• Capture early context data to support personalized experiences over time.
• Translate questions about activation and engagement into focused recommendations and next steps.
