Job summary

Scalable Capital is expanding its Product organization and seeks an impact-driven (Associate) Product Manager to join the Onboarding and Client Data domain. You will help shape the client’s relationship with Scalable, ensuring seamless onboarding, keeping important client information up to date, and reliably handling lifecycle events.

Collaboration with engineers, designers, operations, and domain experts will be key to shipping scalable digital products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent.
Initial experience through internships or entry-level roles in product management, consulting, operations, or fast-growing startups.

Responsibilities

Shape foundations of the client’s relationship with Scalable during onboarding.
Keep client information up to date, manage statuses and blocks, handle lifecycle events.
Translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable digital products and intuitive user flows.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, operations, and domain experts to ship reliable client journeys.
Track product metrics post-launch and continuously optimize customer outcomes.
