Job summary

Eagle Wireless seeks a Product Manager for ODM devices and US manufacturing. You will own the ODM roadmap, partner with engineering to drive devices from concept to launch, and lead the transition of manufacturing to Ohio.

The role requires coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and sales teams across Solon and Minneapolis. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management for networking hardware, with ODM/JDM/EMS experience and a strong understanding of wireless technologies and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience with networking hardware or connected devices.
Experience with ODM/JDM/EMS partners and RFQ processes.
Experience owning hardware development lifecycle from requirements to launch.
Familiarity with wireless tech (WiFi, cellular) and OpenWrt-like platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the ODM device roadmap and portfolio, beginning with consumer routers and CPE.
Define device requirements, chipset/module selection, and certification scope.
Drive cross-functional development with engineering, manufacturing, and QC to enable US production.
Manage transition strategy to Ohio manufacturing, partner RFQ and project scoping.
Represent device programs in capacity planning and module siting decisions.
