Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Product Manager, Patient Access Product Innovation to own the product direction for the next-generation patient access technology. You will lead Product Owners, balance internal and external priorities, and demonstrate the product to senior leadership and customers.

You will partner with engineering, operations, and readiness teams to ensure the product meets security, performance, and user needs while driving a scalable, configurable platform.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy across a portfolio.
• Experience leading discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate feedback into a prioritized, scalable backlog.

Responsibilities

• Own product definition and vision for shared platform and portfolio areas.
• Articulate user and buyer problems and prioritize high-value work.
• Lead customer discovery, validation sessions and shape direction.
• Set, publish and manage the roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee release readiness, planning and cross-team coordination.
• Coach and develop product owners and analysts.
