Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience as an associate product manager in a CPG/manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive product execution from approval to launch across key functions.
• Oversee packaging development, including sizing, codes, ECOs, and price lists.
• Ensure package labeling meets regulatory requirements with registrations.
• Lead Sales collateral development with Marketing and Sales teams; manage updates and distribution of price lists.
• Coordinate promotional planning with Marketing; support trade shows and regional events.
• Monitor product lifecycle and assess performance to drive continued growth.
• Manage website/digital content updates in collaboration with Marketing.
• Support trademarks and brand compliance with senior leadership.
