Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office, SolidWorks, CAD; statistical software desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects end-to-end, from concept to validation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to design new solutions.
• Develop and own material specifications and testing plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analyses, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Interact with vendors and cross-functional teams, presenting project status to leadership.
