Responsibilities

• Research market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to identify opportunities—visiting retailers, trends, finding and negotiating with suppliers.
• Develop product briefs and concepts aligned with brand strategy and target audience
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams (marketing, packaging, sourcing, QA, supply chain)
• Ensure compliance with regulations (FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, claims substantiation, labeling)
• Oversee packaging design, sampling, and quality control through production
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships and negotiate costs
• Track post-launch performance and lead product improvements or line extensions
• Process customer requirements and requests from sales team and educate them on new product lines

Location: Brooklyn (In-Office, 5 Days/Week). Will not accept resumes from NJ.

Prefer people with health and beauty accessories i.e. toothbrushes, hair brushes, bath accessories.
