• Hands-on experience driving consensus in ambiguous spaces.
• Able to challenge assumptions with insightful questioning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI research, engineering, data science, policy teams and stakeholders to embed safety throughout development and deployment of multimodal AI models.
• Develop frameworks to understand and mitigate deployment safety risks using data analysis and adversarial assessments.
• Define strategic priorities and roadmaps to improve deployment safety, reliability, and multimodal capabilities.
• Create scalable approaches to evaluate and improve safety outcomes.
• Establish repeatable processes to integrate AI safety research into OpenAI’s models and products.
• Develop clear metrics to capture safety performance and user experience at scale.
