Job summary

Williams AV, LLC seeks a Product Manager to shape the roadmap and lifecycle of assigned product lines, collaborating with customers, channel partners, engineering, sales, marketing and operations to translate market needs into valuable product solutions.

You will guide roadmap execution, support new product development, drive portfolio decisions, and contribute to the long-term success of the product strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B product management or related technical role.
• Solid understanding of the AV market and industry trends.
• Experience with products that combine mechanical, electrical and software components.
• Demonstrated success managing the full product development lifecycle, including Stage-Gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather product ideas and VOC feedback from employees, customers and channel partners to inform the roadmap.
• Analyze sales, market, competitive data, and pricing benchmarks to summarize insights and recommendations.
• Translate product strategy into detailed design and function requirements for engineering and maintain documentation as products evolve.
• Lead project planning, milestone tracking, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Own pricing decisions, SKU rationalization and portfolio reviews to improve performance and profitability.
• Review Engineering Change Orders for commercial readiness and track product quality and delivery issues through resolution.
• Develop and maintain third-party suppliers including OEM, ODM, white-label partners.
• Lead product training, marketing collateral and sales tools for internal teams, distributors and customers.
