Job summary

Capital One seeks a Manager, Product Management for Card Intelligence Acquisitions Models in McLean, VA. You will lead cross-functional teams to deploy production ML models, define platform requirements, and shape the ML ecosystem to support customer acquisition initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business partners to translate strategy into scalable products, while balancing risk, compliance, and value delivery across the Card Intelligence portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (listed in Basic Qualifications) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience required (Bachelor's + experience).
• Preferred: translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Work across teams to build platform tools and products that enable scalable models.
• Influence strategic decisions and contribute to building a thriving product practice in support of ML capabilities.
• Partner with leaders across business, data science, and engineering to reduce time to market for models.
• Deliver ML platform and tool requirements to define architecture patterns across Card Intelligence.
• Partner with tech teams to define an AI-native future.
• Balance business and technology product requirements to drive consensus across partners.
• Drive deployment of production ML models and end-to-end model adoption.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

Bachelor's degree in any field with 3+ years product management experience
