Qualifications

• 3-7 years of product management experience shipping complex B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Led products end-to-end from discovery to launch with measurable impact.
• Strong prioritization, written communication, and ability to distill ambiguity into clear plans.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, integrations, and real-time cloud/on-prem constraints.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and works well in a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis, PM backlog, documentation, presentations, and AI tools.
• Ability to work on-site at our El Segundo, CA headquarters.
• US Citizenship required (future security clearance may be required).

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more areas of the platform, from vision through delivery and iteration.
• Understand customers via interviews, discovery calls, and on-site visits with engineers, manufacturers, and operators—to identify high-impact problems to solve.
• Write clear requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize a backlog balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
• Partner with engineering and design in Lean/Agile to ship high-quality software rapidly and iterate with users.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, reliable experiences (real-time telemetry, procedure management, traceability, AI-assisted decisions).
• Use data and analytics to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to drive adoption and present product in customer meetings and demos.
• Help shape our team’s culture, processes, and tools.
