Job summary

Epsilon3 is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform areas such as procedure execution, manufacturing, and analytics. You will work directly with customers to turn complex, mission-critical problems into reliable products used in high-stakes environments.

Ideal candidates bring strong product judgment, technical fluency, and collaboration across engineering, design, and GTM teams. This is a high-ownership, on-site role based in El Segundo, CA.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of leading products end-to-end with measurable impact.
• Strong prioritization and written communication; distill ambiguity into clear plans.
• Technical fluency; comfortable reasoning about APIs, data models and integrations.
• Able to work on-site at El Segundo, CA; US Citizenship may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more platform areas from vision through delivery.
• Conduct customer interviews and discovery to identify high-impact problems.
• Write clear requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize a balanced backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering and design in Lean/Agile to ship software rapidly.
• Translate complex workflows (telemetry, procedure management, AI decisions) into intuitive experiences.
• Use data to measure outcomes and guide product decisions.
• Partner with sales, CS, and marketing to drive adoption and demos.
