Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a remote, 6-month engagement focused on meal discovery experiences that connect anchor products to complementary items.

You will own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with Personalization, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements, define metrics, and lead experiments to optimize engagement and basket growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Experience partnering with Data Science, ML, Engineering, or Personalization teams.
• Strong understanding of translating data, models, and algorithms into customer experiences.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for meal discovery and complementary-product experiences.
• Partner with Personalization and Data Science to develop models and recommendations.
• Work with Engineering to define requirements, priorities, and scalable experiences.
• Develop shopper-facing experiences to discover relevant products and build complete meals.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate new experiences and shopper behavior.
• Analyze product performance and customer insights to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prioritize backlog based on customer needs, business impact, and data-driven insights.
• Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Personalization, UX, Merchandising.
• Establish KPIs to measure engagement, conversion, and basket growth.
• Onboard quickly to existing products and data to deliver value.
• Develop scalable product foundations for meal discovery across touchpoints.
• Communicate strategy and progress clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
