Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager / Marketing Lead to grow Lemur, our enterprise mobile mapping platform for utilities. The role blends product management, UX leadership, and product marketing within a startup‑style unit.

You will work across product, development, and go‑to‑market functions to shape the Lemur roadmap, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and elevate Lemur's presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years experience in product management or product marketing.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and workflows.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, GIS, or field service solutions preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Lemur user stories aligned to business priorities.
• Facilitate deep-dive sessions with development teams.
• Build deep expertise in Lemur functionality and customer use cases.
• Guide UX to intuitive field workflows and adoption.
• Develop product messaging and marketing collateral.
• Manage Lemur's social media and website content.
• Support webinars, events, and partnerships.
