TRC Companies, Inc. seeks a Product Manager / Marketing Lead to grow Lemur, our enterprise mobile mapping platform for utilities. You will blend product management, UX leadership, and product marketing in a startup-style unit to shape the product and market direction.

The role covers ownership of Lemur’s events presence, website management, and ongoing social media engagement, with opportunities to grow across product, development, and GTM functions.

Qualifications

2–5 years of product management or product marketing experience.
Ability to translate customer needs into requirements and workflows.
Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and enterprise software.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own Lemur roadmap, work with development and GTM teams.
Define user stories and capture requirements with SME input.
Guide UX/workflow design for field crews to boost adoption.
Develop messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral.
Manage Lemur’s digital presence and social content.
