Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. seeks a Product Manager / Marketing Lead to grow Lemur, the enterprise mobile mapping platform for utilities. You’ll own events, website management, and ongoing social engagement to boost visibility and adoption.

The role blends product management with UX leadership and product marketing, requiring collaboration across product, development, and GTM teams in a fast-moving environment. Growth and initiative are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in product management, product marketing.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and workflows.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, utilities, GIS, or field service solutions preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Lemur user stories, working with SMEs to capture requirements aligned to business priorities and using best-practice format: [persona] performs [action] for [business outcome]
• Facilitate deep-dive working sessions with development teams to refine and expand requirements
• Build deep expertise in Lemur functionality, customer use cases, and value realization.
• Understand how customers use the platform across workflows, including historical context and adoption patterns, and market trends.
• Evaluate and challenge new feature requests to ensure scalability, usability, and alignment to broader product strategy.
• Support the definition and tracking of product metrics, including adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap through product insights and market analysis.
