Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• PM experience preferred.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn and resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Proactive, research-driven problem solving.
• Experience with querying, manipulating, and reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to develop tools to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Lead projects to design, develop, and implement analytics and metrics for leadership.
• Assist with ad-hoc data requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Monitor data accuracy and quality.
• Mentor less experienced analysts.
