Job summary

Kingspan Light + Air in Illinois seeks a Product Manager to oversee an existing product line, explore new opportunities, and drive the stage-gate development process. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Logistics and Operations to ensure ongoing product success.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in product management, with strong data analytics, lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, CS, or engineering).
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Market Awareness: monitor industry trends and opportunities.
• Competitive Analysis: analyze competitors and customer preferences.
• Business Case Development: build cases with TAM/SAM/SOM, pricing, ROI.
