Job summary
Knauf North America seeks a Building Systems Solutions Product and Market Development Manager to build a $75 million dollar business using building science principles and a broad portfolio of solutions, training, and education resources. This role drives growth while protecting Knauf’s core glass wool business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, building science, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum (7-10) years of experience in building and construction industry.
- Experience in the insulation industry preferred.
- Experience with Planisware, SAP, or similar business systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define Air Sealing Solution strategy and vision and build a strategic roadmap.
- Lead product development and execution with cross-functional teams.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans guiding pricing and positioning.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
- Monitor KPI performance and portfolio optimization.
