Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Product Manager for a Manufacturing, Industrial Products portfolio in Denver.

You will own market intelligence, strategy, and the roadmap, collaborating with engineering, sales, and regional teams to drive the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization. You will translate VOC and industry trends into business cases, lead NPD initiatives, and ensure alignment on feature, cost, and timelines while managing regional performance and outsourcing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Marketing (accredited institution required)
  • 8+ years of experience across marketing, outside sales, application engineering, product management, or business development
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, trend modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in automotive applications, power transmission systems, or related product engineering
  • Global product management or cross-regional commercial experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial markets, including industry indices, emerging trends, and competitive activity
  • Actively participate in industry organizations and engage directly with key end-customers to capture Voice-of-Customer (VOC) insights
  • Serve as the internal champion and external face of the Micro-V product line
  • Translate market, customer, and regional needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and application-driven requirements
  • Build and manage compelling business cases for New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, ensuring alignment on feature, quality, cost, and timeline objectives
  • Lead the full NPI commercialization process: launch materials, product specs, go-to-market strategy, and sales training
  • Support regional commercial teams with top-line accountability for the product line; define KPIs and align on regional targets
  • Translate corporate long-range financial forecasts (LRFF) into product-level plans across products, processes, and regions
  • Define outsourcing, intercompany supply, and sourcing strategies across regions
  • Partner with Regional Product Line Managers (RPLMs) to align on portfolio priorities, pipeline development, and supply chain needs
  • Provide insight into manufacturing capabilities, capacity requirements, and operational footprint to support market growth
  • Drive alignment and influence outcomes across multiple functions and geographies — without direct authority
  • Influential leader: You know how to bring people along, build global partnerships, and drive decisions in a matrixed environment
  • Commercially savvy technologist: You can credibly engage with engineers and customers, and connect product decisions to business outcomes

Product Manager (Manufacturing, Industrial Products)

The Product Manager is the strategic and commercial owner of one of the most critical product portfolios. You'll sit at the intersection of market intelligence, engineering, and commercial execution — translating customer needs and industry trends into a winning global product roadmap. This is a high-visibility role that demands both technical credibility and business acumen, with significant opportunity to shape the direction of the product portfolio across automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial markets worldwide. You'll partner closely with sales, engineering, regional product managers, and customers to drive the full product lifecycle — from early-stage concept and NPD through launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.

Location: Denver, Colorado

Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 base salary + 10% bonus.

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, 3 weeks of paid vacation, all vacation days are accrued. Tuition Reimbursement. 401(k): 6% match. Benefits begin first day of the month following hire.
