Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive improvements in the Canvas LMS experience and the PowerSchool platform for educators and students.

You will own implementation, integrations, and UX design to ensure Canvas works with 3rd party tools, delivers content effectively, and provides an intuitive, engaging learning experience at scale. As part of a cross-functional team, you will manage the backlog, write user stories, collaborate with engineering, design, and curriculum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; technical or instructional technology background preferred.
• 4-8 years of product management or LMS administration experience (Canvas and PowerSchool preferred).
• Strong understanding of LMS integrations and digital content delivery (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI).
• Experience working with educators, administrators, and instructional designers to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Canvas features and workflows across K-12 environments.
• Collaborate on PowerSchool feature implementations across K-12 environments.
• Partner with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to optimize UX for teachers, students, and admins.
• Evaluate and integrate 3rd party tools with Canvas ensuring interoperability and standards compliance.
• Gather user feedback to identify pain points and prioritize usability improvements.
• Own the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, work with engineers on delivery.
• Collaborate with support teams to monitor performance and resolve integration issues.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure adoption and learning impact.
