Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to drive improvements in the Canvas LMS and PowerSchool experience for educators and students.

You will own implementation, integrations, and UX design to ensure seamless interoperability with third-party tools and effective content delivery. In this role you will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and curriculum, gather user feedback, write clear user stories, and develop metrics to measure adoption and impact in K-12

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; technical or instructional technology background preferred.
• 4-8 years of product management or LMS administration experience with Canvas and PowerSchool preferred.
• Strong understanding of LMS integrations and standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI).
• Experience collaborating with educators, administrators, and instructional designers.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving digital learning environments and student-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Canvas features across K-12.
• Collaborate on PowerSchool features across K-12.
• Partner with engineering, design, and curriculum to optimize UX.
• Evaluate and manage 3rd party tools within Canvas (LTI/QTI/SCORM/xAPI).
• Gather user feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize solutions.
• Own backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with support to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure adoption and impact.
• Create training materials, release notes, and demos.
