Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Product Manager - Product Lifecycle to drive growth and lifecycle performance for the Customer Services portfolios, including Digital Services, Service Agreements, Life Cycle Evaluation (LCE), and the GH180 platform.

The role targets engineers and technical professionals moving toward a commercial, customer-focused position, collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Services to expand offerings and recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in field service engineering, technical service, technical sales, or product lifecycle management.
• Experience with motors, drives, rotating equipment, industrial electrical systems, automation equipment, or related technologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the North America Digital Services, Service Agreements, and LCE portfolios.
• Serve as the Customer Services portfolio owner for the GH180 platform.
• Analyze installed base and lifecycle data to identify service, upgrade, modernization, and digitalization opportunities.
• Develop customer value propositions and business cases that translate technical needs into commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to drive portfolio growth and lifecycle strategies.
• Support pricing, opportunity development, sales enablement, and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate across Customer Services teams to deliver integrated lifecycle solutions.
