Innomotics seeks a Product Manager - Product Lifecycle to drive growth and lifecycle performance of Customer Services portfolios in North America, including Digital Services, Service Agreements, Life Cycle Evaluation, and the GH180 drive platform.

This role blends engineering insight with commercial focus, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to identify modernization opportunities and expand recurring service revenue across the installed base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years in field service, technical service, sales, or product lifecycle roles.
• Experience with motors, drives, rotating equipment, or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the North America Digital Services, Service Agreements, and LCE portfolios.
• Serve as the Customer Services portfolio owner for the GH180 platform.
• Analyze installed base and lifecycle data to identify service, upgrade, modernization, and digitalization opportunities.
• Develop customer value propositions and business cases that translate technical needs into commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to drive portfolio growth and lifecycle strategies.
• Support pricing, opportunity development, sales enablement, and portfolio performance.
