Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, engineering or product management in a technical field.
• Hands-on experience with customer insights, new product introduction, portfolio management, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with customers and translate insights into value propositions.
• Proven track record delivering new products, solutions, and services while meeting market and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management of custom-made LED modules to achieve short, mid, and long-term business results.
• Translate business plans to define and lead product marketing strategies, product creation, mix, pricing, and profitability.
• Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with customers, sales, R&D teams, and manufacturing.
• Benchmark competitor's product ranges and pricing, while monitoring technical trends and product segment roadmaps.
• Promote cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility.
