We are currently seeking a highly motivated Product Manager (PM) who is excited to be part of a growing, fast-paced, dynamic team. Topcon Product Managers are the product and market experts for their assigned product portfolios. The PM monitors and manages business performance, market trends, and drivers of assigned products. In addition, they are responsible for portfolio-related marketing materials, competitive analysis, and representing the voice of the customer.Go-to-market preparations and presentations are also within the scope of this role, as well as working with the training department to shape messaging and focus for their product courses.
The lane equipment portfolio is diverse and includes ophthalmic chairs, stands, instrument tables, stools, and other related items. The PM will manage all elements needed to drive growth and profitability of the product line. This will include working closely with the manufacturer(s) and with internal teams to ensure the right products and features are commercialized, effective tools are developed to enable customers to select and purchase lane equipment, and necessary internal communication occurs to ensure optimized inventory and shipping times. Key to the success of this role will be development of an online portal for customers to view, customize, and purchase products.
Due to the need to meet routinely with the manufacturer and Topcon warehouse team, this role is based in New Jersey. The PM must reside within 1 hours driving distance of Berlin, NJ and be available to meet onsite at the manufacturer and Topcon warehouse as needed.

Base Pay:
Expected Base Pay Range: $120,000 to $140,000 Annualized
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
Bonus eligible:
In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for a 5% annual bonus.
