Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification, is hiring a Product Manager to own strategy and roadmap for KYB capabilities. You will drive discovery, define product narratives, and ship new classes that accelerate onboarding for merchants worldwide.

You will leverage AI and emerging tech to boost productivity, decision-making, and scale, with a hybrid Vancouver-based role that can be remote for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency: specify API behavior and architecture trade-offs.
• Analytical rigor: define metrics and use data to drive prioritization.
• Regularly talk to customers and internal teams to synthesize signals.
• Go-to-market experience from concept to launch with enterprise sales.
• Influence across multiple functions and drive durable alignment.
• Proficient with AI as a default and applying it to product work.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and roadmap for KYB capabilities, prioritization and trade-offs.
• Customer discovery to understand onboarding, risk and compliance workflows.
• Market and competitive analysis to guide KYB leadership.
• Write detailed technical requirements with Engineering and Data teams.
• Lead end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Define and manage success metrics like adoption, activation, and revenue impact.
