Job summary

SpyCloud, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Investigations to own delivery of core capabilities in the Investigations product line. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to turn strategy into shipped capabilities used by security teams, fraud analysts, and investigators.

The role emphasizes AI integration, customer discovery, and agile leadership, with reporting to the Director of Product, Enterprise & Investigations.

Qualifications

• Educational background in CS/Engineering/Info Systems/Business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of product management experience, enterprise SaaS.
• Experience shipping complex features end-to-end with engineering and design.
• Experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, digital identity, threat intelligence, or investigations.
• Experience shipping AI/ML features with data science teams.
• Experience working with enterprise or government customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog and delivery for Investigations capabilities per portfolio strategy.
• Ship AI/ML features that reduce manual effort in investigations.
• Understand customer investigation workflows and where gaps exist.
• Conduct discovery via customer interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis; translate findings into epics and user stories.
• Lead agile execution with engineering; plan sprints and ensure release readiness.
• Collaborate with Labs, Threat Intelligence, and GTM teams on launches and enablement.
• Represent the product area in customer conversations and internal briefings.
• Make trade-off decisions with clear recommendations.
