SpyCloud, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Investigations to own delivery of key capabilities in the Investigations product line.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, SpyCloud Labs, Threat Intelligence, and Customer Success to ship AI‑driven investigations features. You will turn strategy into shipped capabilities used by security teams, fraud analysts, and investigators, partnering with marketing and sales for launches and driving adoption across enterprise

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features with data science teams.
• Experience working with enterprise or government customers to understand workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage backlog and delivery for Investigations capabilities.
• Ship AI, ML, and automation features reducing manual effort in investigations.
• Develop understanding of customer investigative workflows and pain points.
• Lead discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Lead agile execution with engineering teams including sprint planning and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Labs and Investigations teams to turn data into usable capabilities.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success for launches and enablement.
• Represent product areas in customer conversations and internal briefings.
• Make tradeoffs with leadership, maintaining portfolio cohesion across UI and APIs.
• Track AI, threat intelligence, and investigations trends to surface opportunities.
