Qualifications

• Experience building software solutions for complex business workflows.
• Writes clear specifications for features, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborates with design to define problems and involve design in ideation and solutions.
• Works with tech and business teams to deliver value quickly.
• Ensures shared understanding of problems and proposed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a roadmap aligned with end-user needs and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Work in cross-functional teams to map requirements and incrementally deliver solutions to complex problems.
• Lead prioritization of work by examining costs and benefits with stakeholders.
• Engage in user research, use data to drive decisions, and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with business partners to drive adoption of new tools and features.
• Maintain strong working relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and users and prioritize based on data.
