Qualifications

• Experience building software solutions for complex business workflows.
• Writes clear specifications for features, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborates with design to define problems early and involve them in ideation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a roadmap aligned with end-user needs and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Work in a cross-functional product team to map requirements and deliver solutions to complex problems.
• Lead prioritization of work by examining costs, benefits, and stakeholder input.
• Engage in user research and interviews; use data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with business partners to drive adoption of new tools and features.
• Maintain strong working relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and users to prioritize outcomes.
