Job summary

PlaneSense, Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own the lifecycle for internal tools powering its fractional aviation business.

You will sit at the intersection of internal user needs, business goals, and cross-functional execution, defining vision and roadmaps to improve efficiency and data flow across the organization. You will run discovery sessions, requirements meetings, and cross-functional syncs, building strong relationships and establishing a rhythm for continuous discovery,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing workflows and lifecycle.
• 2+ years in Product Management with internal tools or B2B systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and long-term internal tool roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to reduce friction across operations and data flows.
• Own full product lifecycle and establish repeatable discovery/delivery practices.
• Lead discovery sessions and cross-functional syncs with engineering, design, ops, and sales.
• Translate findings into clear requirements and prioritize a balanced roadmap.
