Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Product Manager to build and support software that scales across divisions. You’ll own internal planning, forecasting, and tracking tools, steer the product direction for a central portfolio, and ensure a trusted, single view of work across teams.

This role requires decomposing complex problems, coordinating an open engineering team, and aligning executives, finance, and operations toward shared goals with transparent progress.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or related roles solving cross-functional problems.
• Ability to manage projects and stakeholders including executives.
• Strong analytical aptitude with data and systems thinking; SQL/Excel analyses.
• Clear written and verbal communication translating constraints and needs.
• Prioritization discipline and ability to say no with rationale.
• Reliability and follow-through in open, transparent work environments.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, prioritize builds, and improve forecasting and data quality.
• Align stakeholders on goals; run steering committee updates and publish roadmaps.
• Collaborate with operations to uncover pain points and translate to requirements.
• Define how tools connect to systems of record and establish data flows.
• Translate technical constraints for business stakeholders and executives.
• Lead rollouts and adoption with training, docs, and scalable support.
• Drive projects to end state with clear milestones and transparent status.
• Create durable artifacts: documentation, runbooks, SOPs, decision logs.
