You will pair with product and engineering teams, learn from customers, and balance rapid delivery with solid architectural foundations as the product grows in scope and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping software products in fast-paced environments.
• Experience taking a software product from ambiguity to production launch.
• Deep full-stack web development expertise across backend/frontend/systems.
• Collaborates closely with product management, design, and users.
• Strong product judgment balancing speed, value, quality, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of greenfield applications from concept to launch.
• Partner with a product manager to shape scope, priorities, UX, and success metrics.
• Engage with customers and end users to test assumptions and collect feedback.
• Build high-quality full-stack experiences using modern web technologies.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions to accelerate learning and scaling.
• Break initiatives into testable increments and ship usable software early.
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Leverage frontier AI tooling to accelerate prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Raise the bar by improving patterns and foundations for future teams.
