Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Internal Systems to drive the document management product and partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for Merchant and Partner businesses.

You will own the vision, translate requirements into roadmaps, and manage relationships with third-party providers, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across full lifecycle.
• Translate business, legal and compliance requirements into product solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe) and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the document management product vision and roadmap.
• Translate strategy into prioritized requirements and business cases.
• Partner with engineering, internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead Voice of Customer research and act as SME for document management.
• Manage third-party document management relationships and collaborations.
• Coordinate product roadmaps and releases with stakeholders.
