Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Product Manager II for Global SMB and Integrated Payments Digital Experience. You will define and deliver digital capabilities aiding merchants to manage and grow their businesses, spanning portals, apps, onboarding, payments, and self-service.

You will lead from discovery through delivery, partnering with Engineering and UX to build intuitive, mobile-first solutions, leveraging analytics to drive adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience managing digital product capabilities.
• Knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, or settlements.
• Experience building customer-facing digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead moderately complex initiatives from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Translate merchant needs and market opportunities into product requirements.
• Prepare product plans, business cases, and roadmap updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to deliver mobile-first products.
• Use analytics to identify friction and improve merchant outcomes.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate dependencies and communications across teams and regions.
