Job summary

TikTok invites interns to join the Global Monetization Content and Service Ads Product Team. This internship provides hands-on experience, industry exposure, and real-world challenges to apply knowledge and grow professionally.

Interns will gain practical experience, explore career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops with industry professionals. The program runs during the Summer 2027 period for up to 12 weeks full-time.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or related technical discipline.
• Academic background in computer science or related fields with technical experience or project work preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; ability to break down and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and reliable.
• Available to intern for 3 months or longer; 5 days a week preferred.
• Commitment to a 12-week full-time period during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Help with product work for lead generation ads and commercial monetization; formulate product plans and priorities.
• Contribute to Go-to-Market initiatives for new lead generation products through data analysis and user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams and partner with R&D, design, testing, data science, ops, marketing, and sales.
• Understand the team’s business and core products; improve data monitoring and update weekly reports.
