Job summary

Pactorize is seeking a Product Manager Intern to join a small, product-driven team shaping AI-powered learning products. You’ll work with founders and engineers on real problems, from problem discovery to market-ready features, and contribute to strategy across learning and knowledge systems.

You will gain hands-on PM experience, write specs and user stories, conduct user research, and test products while potentially transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

We are a small, product-driven team where interns work on real problems and help shape products from the ground up, rather than observing from the sidelines. This is an opportunity to work closely with founders and engineers to define, build, and iterate on products that matter.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager Intern who is excited about AI, thinks clearly about user problems, and wants to learn how intelligent products are conceived, built, and brought to market at an early-stage company.

You will contribute to real product work across areas such as:

• Understanding user needs and translating them into product direction

• Working closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship product
• Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and market exploration
• Helping define product metrics and evaluating whether features are working
• Contributing to product strategy across learning, evaluation, and knowledge systems
• Writing clear specs, user stories, and documentation
• Testing products and providing actionable feedback to the team

Prior experience with product management tools (Figma, Linear, Notion, etc.), data analysis, UX research, or working with engineering teams is a plus, but not required.

Internship Structure — Graduates

The internship is for 6 months. Candidates who have completed their studies are expected to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship.

Internship Structure — Current Students

Phase 1 — Part-Time: 15–20 hours/week

Flexible scheduling designed to accommodate college classes, assignments, and examinations.

Phase 2 — Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Transition to a full-time internship schedule, with reasonable consideration for the candidate's final-semester academic and project requirements, where applicable.

Stipend

A stipend will be provided throughout the internship and will be based on the applicable part-time or full-time engagement.
