Pactorize is seeking a Product Manager Intern to join a small, product-driven team shaping AI-powered learning products. You’ll work with founders and engineers on real problems, from problem discovery to market-ready features, and contribute to strategy across learning and knowledge systems.

You will gain hands-on PM experience, write specs and user stories, conduct user research, and test products while potentially transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate them into product direction.
• Define features, user flows, and requirements for AI-powered applications.
• Work with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship product.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market exploration.
• Help define product metrics and evaluate feature performance.
• Contribute to product strategy across learning, evaluation, and knowledge systems.
• Write clear specs, user stories, and documentation.
• Test products and provide actionable feedback to the team.
