Job summary

Pebl is seeking an Associate Product Manager Intern to craft simpler, scalable experiences for global hiring and employment. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to solve real product problems and bring solutions to market.

This hands-on role offers meaningful ownership with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs. In-office collaboration is required Mon-Wed in Palo Alto, CA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager Intern to help us build simpler, more scalable experiences for companies hiring and employing people around the world.

This is a hands-on product role with meaningful ownership and exposure to product leadership. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to solve real product problems. You'll use client insights, product data, and AI tools to understand opportunities, develop recommendations, and help bring solutions to market.This internship has the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

This role will require in-office collaboration Monday-Wednesday in our Palo Alto, CA office.

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Use product data, client research, and internal insights to identify problems and opportunities
• Translate insights into clear product recommendations, requirements, and success metrics
• Partner with Design and Engineering to explore solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and ship improvements
• Use AI and rapid prototyping to explore ideas, accelerate learning, and test potential solutions
• Measure the impact of what we launch and use what we learn to inform next steps
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

Let's Connect If You Have:

• Currently pursuing an MBA, master’s, or other graduate degree, with prior professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort conducting research and presenting recommendations
• Structured and analytical, with the ability to take an ambiguous problem and determine how to approach it
• Curious and empathetic, with a strong interest in understanding users and how they interact with technology
• Comfortable using quantitative and qualitative information to develop a point of view and make decisions
• Technically curious and comfortable using AI tools to prototype, analyze, build, or automate
• High ownership and follow-through, with the ability to drive work independently while collaborating effectively with others

• You’ve built something, automated a workflow, or brought an idea to life using AI
• You have a technical, research, design, or analytical background that gives you a different perspective on product problems
• You’re based in the Bay Area and able to spend time with the team in our Palo Alto office
