Job summary

IQVIA Digital seeks a Product Manager for Integrations on the Audience Platform. You will own the end‑to‑end integration strategy between the Audience Builder and identity providers, DSPs/SSPs, social platforms, and third‑party systems within a standalone SaaS platform for healthcare marketing.

You will partner with engineering, data, and GTM teams to design scalable, compliant frameworks, define requirements, and drive adoption and performance across nine‑figure marketing investments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience focused on platforms, integrations, ad tech, or data‑driven SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of data integrations, APIs, identity resolution concepts, and partner ecosystems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and regulated environments is a plus.
• Experience translating business and partner needs into clear product requirements.
• Comfortable working with engineering on tradeoffs, scalability, and system design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and PM tools; data analysis skills are beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to align stakeholders around integration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives product vision and roadmap for integrations across the Audience Platform.
• Defines integration strategy and prioritization across identity resolution and downstream partners.
• Partners with engineering and architecture to design scalable, reliable, compliant integration frameworks.
• Stays current with healthcare marketing trends, privacy and compliance requirements.
• Translates use cases into clear product requirements, including user stories and workflows.
• Monitors integration health and metrics and performs data-driven optimization.
• Acts as product point of contact for external partners and launches.
• Supports troubleshooting and resolves complex integration scenarios.
• Gathers feedback to improve onboarding, activation, and performance.
• Works with cross-functional teams to identify risks and unblock releases.
