ReSource Pro is seeking a Product Manager to join our team and be a key driver of our product success, independently leading the development, strategy, and management of a high-impact product.
The Role...
The Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and management of a high-impact product. This role is instrumental in understanding client and user needs, conducting market research, and driving business growth through innovative product solutions.
All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
In this role you will...
  • Define and drive product strategy for high-visibility/complex products (including new launches), gaining executive support.
  • Influence overall product direction by contributing to comprehensive strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into impactful product features.
  • Iterate on strategy based on market feedback and trends.
  • Own the financial success (P&L, ROI) of your product portfolio.
  • Measure and improve product performance through key OKRs focused on user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Drive market-led product evolution: design, test, and launch iterations based on market needs.
  • Generate customer insights and lead research efforts (surveys, interviews, events) to fuel product enhancements.
  • Analyze trends to identify and implement product improvements.
  • Monitor competitors and industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partner with design, architecture, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct independent market research to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Analyze user behavior and pain points to inform product strategy.
What you need to be successful...
  • Minimum 10+ years of total work experience, preferably within consulting, outsourcing, insurance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in insurance, preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years in Product Development and Agile Methodology.
  • CPM (Certified Product Manager) preferred.
  • Agile Product Development training preferred.
Your Compensation…
Our salary ranges are competitive and part of a total compensation package including bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities. The typical salary range for this role in most locations is $77,680 - $131,403, which may vary based on geographic location and experience.
