Job summary

PEI-Genesis in Philadelphia seeks a Product Manager to strategically support our North American Sales by promoting products, delivering ROI, and driving profitability across the product lifecycle. You will gather requirements, define the product vision, and work with sales, engineering, marketing, and training to deliver winning products.

The PM must know the markets, applications, and pricing of competitors, assemble market intelligence, and establish pricing structures while strengthening

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced relevant experience preferred.
• 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• In depth knowledge in industrial/military interconnect markets and products.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or company preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a product portfolio profitably.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business success of product line.
• Identify customer and/or market need and larger business objectives.
• Go to market strategy for the product line and define success.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, engineering, and sales.
• Develop deep understanding of technical details and uses.
• Work with suppliers to identify opportunities and reduce costs.
