Responsibilities

• Own an established industrial product portfolio.
• Develop long-term product strategy and business plans.
• Lead New Product Development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Drive pricing strategy, profitability, and market share growth.
• Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Operations.
